Very frustrating experience
The folks at parrot do not seem to care if their customers have a good experience or not. My Zik 2.0 was defective out of the box. Would not charge. After waiting on hold with non existent "customer service" for a full 40 minutes, I was told by a well meaning but completely uninformed young lady, that I could send them back for analysis by the company, and since they were a French company, it would take a couple of weeks to accomplish! WHAT? So much for a Christmas present that should make you feel good.
I wished they worked as good as they look.
I did recently reach a technical support person and asked about the overwhelmingly negative app reviews, and he dismissed them as insignificant. ( the same thing they are doing with individual customers). Nice job Parrot
