I can playMusic bluetooth is working but the App always says "No Device found" !!! , can’t get connected
Since the last update you MUST open an account to use the software. If you do not accept you can adjust the settings any more. This is like blackmailing you to tell parrot your details. No way this can be accepted
Its impossible to use the app without registration! Why? If I knew it before I would not have bought the headphones. In the Parrot Concert Hall screen two fingers are needed to adjust the angle although it could be done with one.

The app itself has improved in terms of GUI look but is very limited in features and does not support parrot zik 1.0 headsets. Which sadly after buying the 2.0 version I was really disappointed and reverted back to the 1.0 because the headset actually felt like a downgrade in terms of quality and really didnt offer anything significantly better. ( took away some functionalities in fact like swapping batteries) Its too bad they didnt amalgamate both headsets into one app.
Even though Ive got 3 batteries it still makes sense from "the worlds most advanced headphones" to have more options. Like the option to enable/disable battery warnings so people on the other end of a call dont wonder where the heck I disappeared for 2min while I stumble around to grab another battery! Also the noise cancelling doesnt cancel out higher pitched noises just the lower frequencies. No firmware updates available for the Zik 2.0? Disappointed with version 3 coming out with the same pathetic battery life compared to competitors! "Most advanced in the world"... Not to much anymore. Just stylish.

Good app for being in its fetal stage. Sometimes the noise control and eq just stop working and I need to restart the headphone. But please change the icon. It quite ugly, my homescreen deserves for more.
Called Parrot customer service because all of the sudden my Zik 3s were connected to BT but the app is showing "no device found" (for weeks). Rep told me that it was because of Apple 9.3.1 update. This needs to be fixed ASAP, as it is the only way to adjust settings on these $400 headphones. Disappointed that an app driven device is unusable because Parrot cannot keep up...PLEASE UPDATE ASAP! This really is unacceptable for an item at this price level.
I love my new Zik 2.0! Having major problems with the Zik 2.0 app recognizing my iPhone 6 Plus. the headphones link with the iphone bluetooth, but the Zik 2.0 app shows no device found. Sometimes th Zik app connects to the headphones but 99% of the time it does not find the headphones even when they are clearly connected via bluetooth. Please fix this major issue as quickly as possible.
The application is buggy on iOS 8.x on iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus. Keeps loosing connectivity with headphones even though Bluetooth is still connected and audio signal is still transmitting to headphones. But the headphones are really good 9/10!
App crashes when you swipe through to 2nd setting (noise canceling) screen and also crashes when you try to navigate beyond the main dashboard screen...NEED UPDATE
I am using an iPhone 4S and the app can’t find my headphones even with them sitting right next to each other and the headphones plugged into my phone. The bluetooth is on so that can’t be the problem. This definitely needs some work.
Bluetooth headphones are speakers that have the ability to CONSISTENTLY play music without a cord, these do not. The music constantly goes in and out when using the Bluetooth feature, I find even with the cord sometimes. I think its sickening how they can sell a product for 400 dollars and not have them be almost perfect, especially on a second generation model. Additionally, these headphones are almost completely dependent on the app. It is through the app you have to ability to change the type of sound you hear so the Bluetooth is such an important feature to this product, but unfortunately it is not reliable. These headphones will definitely try your patience if you love music, which I think any user would, if spending 400+ on some headphones. I still have mine because they were a gift and Im hoping Parrot is working on this problem daily so that it is fixed ASAP. If not I will be returning or selling on eBay.
Have iphone 6 and cant find my headphones. Use to work but now doesnt. I got these headphones because of the app and is customization. Fix it
I have had a true blast with this new tool!!! I am having no problems with bluetooth connecting at all. I have paired with several devices and it has been very smooth. On to music experience. I have been blown away by all of the quality that these headphones and the app produce. Hard to believe that they improved on 2 years ago… Wow is all I can say. As a jazz lover the clarity is sensational. Listening to Gospel music the voices are pristine. Even calling on phones is very good!! A definite Winner.
I was on the fence deciding between purchasing a set of Bose QC25 or the Parrot Zik 2. I was leaning towards the Parrot but after downloading this app it will be the QC25. App crashes constantly. Cant enjoy the advanced features without the app. Shame. Maybe Zik 4. Lots of bugs to work out if this version.
Im a fan of the Original Parrot Zik, brought a universal app to the App Store. Now, theres only the iPhone app and its not updated to 6 & 6+ resolutions. Theres no other headphones that has the features these has.. Combined with this app, its definitely awesome. But seriously, its been kind of buggy on the 6+.. And its annoying that these headphones was released around the holidays... Not optimized for the 6 & 6+? Why?
The folks at parrot do not seem to care if their customers have a good experience or not. My Zik 2.0 was defective out of the box. Would not charge. After waiting on hold with non existent "customer service" for a full 40 minutes, I was told by a well meaning but completely uninformed young lady, that I could send them back for analysis by the company, and since they were a French company, it would take a couple of weeks to accomplish! WHAT? So much for a Christmas present that should make you feel good. I wished they worked as good as they look. I did recently reach a technical support person and asked about the overwhelmingly negative app reviews, and he dismissed them as insignificant. ( the same thing they are doing with individual customers). Nice job Parrot
